Returns/Exchanges

Returns information and instructions are listed below.

*For all online purchases, please login to your account and process your return through the online system, Shopatron.

You have 30 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Once you return the merchandise, you can also track your return and refund from your account.

For all other purchases, returns or exchanges, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please fill out a Westcomb Return Claim form and email it to info@westcomb.com or fax to 1-604-420-8974 along with a copy of your receipt or invoice for a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued.         **Returns shipped without RA# Identified on parcel will be refused at door**
  2. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or refund.
  3. Insure the package for your protection and return to:
    (Via United States Postal Service):

  4. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your credit card and returning the unwanted merchandise for credit.
  5. Please return product new with original tags and packaging.
